Ottogi Jin Ramen Spicy Noodle Cup is made of wheat flour base creating a relatively thicker and chewier instant ramen noodle compared with other varieties. The wheat flour noodles are the typical Korean ramen noodles while the broth is a hearty mix of beef and kimchi flavors that will do well with a generous serving of other garnishes. This is the Spicy version of the noodle.

A blend of chewy noodles, beef bone stock, and aged spicy taste providing a deep and rich experience.

Powder Soup Mix: Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Soy Sauce Powder (soybean, Wheat Salt), Glucose, Yeast Extract Powder, Spices (red Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Green Onion, Ginger), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (soy, Wheat, Corn), Beef Extract Powder, Chilli Extract, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Mushroom Extract Powder, Flavour Enhancers (631, 627), Soybean Paste Powder, Tuna Extract Powder, Maltodextrin, Stabiliser (412), Acidity Regulator (296)

Dehydrated Vegetables Mix: Chinese Cabbage, Textured Vegetable Protein (soy, Wheat), Carrot, Green Onion, Mushroom, Red Pepper.

Preparation:

1) Open lid halfway and add soup base.

2) Pour boiling water up to the inside line.

3) Close lid and wait for 4 minutes.

4) Stir well and enjoy.
