Cooking Directions

1. Put noodles into 1 3/4 cups (350 cc) of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes

2. Stir noodles with chopsticks, then put soup base and cook for another 1 minute. You may add sliced scallion and red pepper to your taste

3. Serve hot with boiled egg and fried beancurd if you want
