Soba Noodles are thin noodles made from buckwheat and are traditionally served cold, but can also be served hot. These Minatsu soba noodles are easy to prepare and tasty to eat. Simply add to boiling water and allow to boil for 6-7 minutes. Drain and serve with Soba Sauce and enjoy.
