Ingredients:

Wheat, Palm oil, Rapeseed oil, Sugar, Salt, Curry powder, Starches, Spices, Yeast extract, Roasted spices (Corn oil, Spices), Hydrolysed Protein (Gelatin), Herb oil, Sauce powder, Amino acids, Colour (Caramel), Acidulant, Contains wheat, Soy, Gelatin.

How to prepare:

1. Cut meat, onions, carrot and potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Sauté ina saucepan until lightly browned.
2. Add 3-3/4 cups (750ml) of water and bring to a boil. Cook over low to medium heat about 20 minutes, or until tender.
3. Remove from heat. Break 1/2 curry sauce bar into pieces and add to the saucepan.
4. Cook over low heat about 20 minutes, or until the curry thickens. Serve over cooked rice, pasta, etc.
