Misuzu Seasoned Fried Tofu Inari are seasoned tofu wraps that are delicious vegetarian sushi wraps made from sweet fried beancurd (tofu), mirin and soy sauce. Each piece of this seasoned fried tofu for inarizushi or inari sushi and udon noodles is slowly and carefully marinated using specially developed techniques. Because the seasoning broth gets completely soaked up by the tofu during this slow process, it ensures that each piece has an even colour and flavour. The fried tofu is deliciously plump and juicy, making it extremely easy to make an opening in each piece when stuffing with rice for inarizushi.
