Itsuki Foods Kyushu Tonkotsu (Pork) Ramen is an authentic Japanese ramen featuring a smooth straight dry noodle with a tonkotsu or Pork flavoured soup.

Quick and easy to prepare, these noodles are ready in under 3 minutes. Each pack contains 2 servings and contains no animal products.

Cooking Instruction

1. Place the bundle of noodles into 500ml (17.6oz) of boiling water (900ml (31.7oz) for 2 noodle bundles) and stir gently.
2. Boil for 2.5 minutes, and take care not to overboil.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add soup and mix well.
5. Serve Hot.

Soup Base: Powdered soya drink (Soya drink, Dextrin), Hydrolysed Wheat Protein, Flavour enhancers: E621, E635, Salt, Yeast extract, Sugar, Powdered oil (Palm oil, Potato), Soy sauce powder (Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Water), Thickener: E415, Spices, Seasonings (Garlic, Onion, Sesame seed), Spice extract (Pepper, Thickener: E414).
