Itsuki Foods Osaka Shoyu Tonkotsu (Soy Sauce & Pork) Ramen is an authentic Japanese ramen featuring a smooth straight dry noodle with a soy sauce (shoyu) and rich pork (tonkotsu) flavoured soup.

Quick and easy to prepare, these noodles are ready in under 3 minutes. Each pack contains 2 servings and contains no animal products.

Cooking Instruction

1. Place the bundle of noodles into 500ml (17.6oz) of boiling water (900ml (31.7oz) for 2 noodle bundles) and stir gently.
2. Boil for 2.5 minutes, and take care not to over-boil.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add soup and mix well.
5. Serve Hot.
