Similar to the Red Curry Paste, but green chillis are used instead of the red. It is normally used with coconut milk for preparing curry soup. Green curries tend to be as hot as red curries, both being hotter than panang curries. However, green curries, regardless of heat, have a definite and desired sweetness that is not usually associated with red curries.

This is a pre-made paste for Thai Green Curry. It is quick and easy to use and even includes a recipe on the back. All you need to complete the dish is coconut milk, your preferred protein (chicken or duck goes well with this paste), vegetables (such as peas or runner beans), fish sauce, salt and sugar. We also recommend adding some fresh or tinned leeches for that sweet surprise!
