Ottogi Jjajang Powder can be cooked simply and easily, without having to fry Chunjang or prepare starch separately. At home, simply enjoy the taste of authentic Chinese Jjajang. It can be used for various dishes such as Jjajangmyeon, Jjajang Tteokbokki, and Jjajangbap, and it is more granular so it is more soluble in water.
How to cook
● Cut the meat and vegetables into pieces, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir-fry.
● Pour 600ml of water into the mixture and boil it until the vegetables get fully cooked.
● Dissolve Jjajang powder (100g) in 100ml of water. Then pour it in the above mixture
● Boil it on the low heat stirring until it gets thick
● Pour it over rice or noodles.
