Fried Chicken Mix  is one of the CJ Beksul brand’s Frying Mix and is based on the cuisine that Korean people generally follow. It is a type of mixed flour which can be used as a batter (like tempura) while making fried food items. This flour mix is based on wheat flour, but combined well with other flour types including corn, baking powder, rice flour and more. You can add this flour with water and make a batter out of it before applying to chicken pieces.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Corn Powder, Baking Powder ( Acidity Regulators E450, E500, E341, E575, Corn Starch), Salt, Roasted Rice Flour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper Powder.

Directions:

1. Mix Flour with water till you have a Batter
2. Coat defrosted Chicken Pieces
3. Fry until golden brown
