Assi Galbi Korean BBQ Sauce For Short Ribs is both a marinade and a dipping sauce for short ribs. It has a mild and sweet taste, pairing well with short ribs. A ready to use sauce that is easy and delicious. It contains Korean pear, apple which softens and tenderises the meat.

Directions

1. Place 4 lbs of short ribs (galbi) in a large pot. Pour 15 oz of Assi Korean BBQ Marinade & Sauce for Ribs (galbi) over the meat. Marinate the meat in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For better taste, add vegetables such as fresh mushrooms, sliced onions, scallions, etc, cover and refrigerate overnight. 2. Heat the grill or fry pan to high heat. Place the marinated meat on it and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until cooked. Enjoy your meal. Refrigerate after opening.
