GOCHUJANG (RED PEPPER PASTE) is one of the major traditional fermented condiments used in Korean cuisine. Its savory and pungent taste is created with brown rice, fermented soybeans, and red pepper powder.

– What makes our GOCHUJANG different? Our Gochujang is produced in Sunchang, Korea. The clean water and moderate temperature in Sunchang make our high-quality Gochujang tastier. It can be used as a condiment, meat marinate or even added to soups and stir-fry dishes for a spicy kick.

This is the extra-spicy version made with 100% brown rice, making a gluten-free product

Ingredients:  Brown rice, corn syrup, water, red pepper mixed spice (red pepper powder, water, salt, garlic, onion), red pepper powder, salt, yeast soybean paste (water, soybeans, salt), ismalto oligo saccharide, alcohol, flavor enhancer E621, yeast extract, sweet brown rice flour, dextrin.
