Assi Bulgogi Korean BBQ Sauce For Beef is both a marinade and a dipping sauce for meat. It has a mild and sweet taste, pairing well with beef. A ready to use sauce that is easy and delicious. It contains Korean pear, apple which softens and tenderises the meat.

Directions

1. Place 2 lbs of beef (bulgogi) in a large pot. Pour 7 oz of Assi Korean BBQ Marinade & Sauce for Beef (bulgogi) over the meat. Marinate the meat in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For best taste, add vegetables such as fresh mushrooms, sliced onions, scallions, etc, cover and refrigerate overnight. 2. Place the marinated meat in a pan and cook for about 5-10 minutes until cooked. Enjoy your meal. Refrigerate after opening.
