Directions:
- Immerse an individual sheet if rice paper in water and remove after only a few seconds. leave it on a towel for once minute to soften.
- Place rice paper on a plate and add desired fillings on the centre.
- Fold 1/3 of the paper over the filling. Then fold both sides and continue to roll the paper to enclose the entire filling.
- Serve with desired dipping sauce and vegetables.
