Samyang Hot Chicken Ramen, commonly known as the fire noodles are bound to leave you wanting more of its spice! It is known for being one of the spiciest ramyeon available in the Korean market. This is the Tomato Pasta Flavour, which is a delicious addition to the range. This is a hot chicken ramen with a tomato-y twist. With the added tomato sauce, it layers in acidic flavours making a spicy tomato pasta sauce. Try this fusion ramen that’s inspired by Italian spaghetti.
Ingredients:
Noodle (71.56%): Wheat Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Refined Palm Oil, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Emulsifierisoy Lecithin(E322), Acidity Regulator [Potassium Carbonate(E501(i)), Sodium Carbonate (E500(i)), Sodium Phosphate Dibasic(E339(ii)), Citric Acid(E330)], Thickener [Guar Gum (E412)], Green Tea Flavour Oil.
Sauce (25.7%): Tomato Ketchup, Water, Flavour Enhancer [Monosodium L-glutamate(E621), Disodium 5′-Ribonucleotide(E635), Oyster Sauce, White Sugar, Onion, Artificial Chicken Flavour Powder, Soybean Oil, Tomato Powder, Soy Sauce, Artificial Chicken Flavour, Cheese Sauce (Cheese, Milk, Garlic), Chilli Pepper Powder, Yeast Powder, Paprika Extract, Decolorized Chilli Extract, Modified Potato Starch, Black Pepper Powder, Artificial Beef Flavour Oil.
Powder (2.8%): Mozzarella Cheese Powder, Mixed Cheese Powder (Cheddar, Camembert, Gouda), Butter Powder, White Sugar, Curly Parsley, Basil Powder, Oregano Powder.
Contains: Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Milk, Oyster.
Direction:
1.To prepare, add noodles to 600ml boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Drain, saving 8 spoons (15ml * 8 = 120ml) water.
3. Return noodles and 120ml water to pot and add in liquid and powder seasoning.
4. Stir-fry for an additional 30 seconds.
5. Finally, stir and enjoy!
